The use of the pool is expressly prohibited without first having taken a shower.
The presence of dirt caused by such non-compliance will result in, in addition to damage to the pool, extra maintenance and therefore the non-return of the security deposit and the charge for consequential damages.
The use of the pool is not permitted from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. of the following day.

A security deposit of EURO 150,00 will be pre-authorized on credit card at Check-in: the amount will be fully refundable within 24 hours after Check-out, subject to verification of the accommodation conditions, excluding any damage and return of entrance badges.

LATE CHECK OUT: In case of check out later than 11:00 a.m., subject to confirmation of availability, for every hour / fraction of hour guests will be charged the 10% of the amount paid for the last night of the stay.
